I can edit while having the kids around, even sitting in front of the TV with them. I just might not get as much done. :) Glad to have found your blog through our lovely Miss L.J.Kimberly Kreyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09409822141557150596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2560059314164880869.post-71140291356718231692011-08-03T22:02:18.118-07:002011-08-03T22:02:18.118-07:00I write best with quiet. I have a netbook that I love for drafting, though. I tend to get distracted a lot more at my desktop, so my netbook is where the real action happens.Peggy Eddlemanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10241451940725996650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2560059314164880869.post-48536482464238661552011-08-03T17:22:46.486-07:002011-08-03T17:22:46.486-07:00Hey hun! Every time someone comes around I would stop working and pointing to the pictures while talking about the plans in my stories.

As for the music thing, I can't listen to any of the songs I listened to while writing. I heard them way to many times on repeat. The topic must really be interesting to me if I am watching it just for fun. The funny thing is I thought looking at movies while writing was helpful. But after watching 3 - 4 movies in a row, the entire day was gone and no real work was done. Chaos is a good thing in the right form.

Mireille
Music seems to be popular among writers who need noise. The living room is also popular for some reason. Its probably because it is the center of chaos in the house.
